1. Service
We provide trading statistics and a monthly competition based on data read from broker accounts you connect. We are not a broker, do not hold funds, and do not provide investment advice.
1a. New partner accounts
Entering a competition requires a broker account opened as a new account through one of our partner links and verified against our partner data. Each broker account can qualify once. We may decline or revoke an entry if we cannot verify it. Accounts that are not eligible can still be connected for statistics.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to take part in skill contests where you live. Residents of jurisdictions where such contests are prohibited may not enter.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login. The password you provide is used only to read your account. We never place or change trades with it.
4. Competition
The rules form part of these terms. We may correct results, disqualify entrants and change the competition for future months.
5. Risk
Trading leveraged products is risky and you can lose more than you invest. Nothing here is a recommendation.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and suspend accounts that breach them. You can disconnect accounts and delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
